Abaque Peristaltic Hose Pumps are designed to give continuous reliable performance in some of the most demanding applications including chemical, mining and food manufacture.

Using two rotating shoes, the operation creates accurate movement of the liquid which remains contained within the elastomer hose. The Peristaltic Hose Pumps contain no seals, valves or mechanical seals found in other pump technologies, demanding minimal maintenance and delivering long-life performance.

Peristaltic hose pump seal-less design

The seal less design eliminates leaks and product contamination and means the pumps can run-dry continuously without adversely affecting the pumps performance, pressure and accuracy (no slip). As the liquid remains contained within the hose, the Peristaltic Hose Pumps can handle the toughest of challenges including solid loaded liquids, shear sensitive and viscous materials.

Manufactured in durable iron and steel allowing higher discharge pressures to 16 bar (232 psi). Its solid construction and advanced design also reduce ongoing maintenance and repairs. The Abaque Series pump can deliver flow rates up to 54m3/hr and are self-priming to 9 metres (29.5 ft).
