Chem Resist have many years’ experience in designing and manufacturing fume scrubber systems, particularly with acid fume scrubbers using wet scrubbing techniques for neutralising corrosive fumes and odours.
Fume Scrubbers
Fume scrubbers form part of a process system and are designed to remove and neutralise any harmful substances emitted from the chemicals involved. This is done by forcing contact between the target compounds and a scrubbing solution, which can be a reagent to address specific chemicals or water.
With our own in-house chemical and mechanical engineering capability, in our acid fume scrubber factory, Chem Resist can take your fume abatement project right the way through from the design of the fume capture apparatus, the selection of abatement method, construction of the fume scrubber system and ductwork through to the installation and commissioning of the system.
The combination of spiral wound thermoplastic cylinder technology and in-house pump and control equipment means Chem Resist are able to tailor the design and construction of your equipment to your exact requirements.
