Schmitt was founded in 1964 and specialises in industrial pumps for conveying corrosive and high-purity media. The range uses various plastics and stainless steel to give exceptional chemical resistance, insensitivity to ferromagnetic particles and temperature resistance.

Industries and applications where Schmitt pumps can be found include semiconductor and solar cells, environmental, chemical food and beverage, electroplating and surface technology and air-conditioning, cooling and refrigeration.

The Schmitt range includes magnetic drive (MPN series) and vertical pumps in plastic (T series in PP and PVDF) and stainless steel (TE series)
