Metallic Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps

Almatec’s Chemicor Series can be used in a wide variety of applications demanding good chemical resistance and stability.

Manufactured in stainless steel (SS316) with particular attention to the shape of the product chambers to give soft changes of direction, smooth flows and no dead corners. Two vertical joint faces in the entire construction minimize the number of seals and joints. Unlike clamping bands which are difficult and time-consuming to adjust, the Chemicor series are secured by only 6 or 8 tie rods. The centre block is available in polyamide or PE conductive to give ATEX conformity. Available with ball valves which are insensitive to liquids containing solids and also including an integrated muffler to minimise noise.

The Chemicor features the Almatec air control system PERSWING P® which has no dead centre and requires no maintenance or lubrication. The design also includes a one-piece diaphragm, giving a long service life.

Available in a range of materials and with ATEX conformity to 2014/34/EU
