A key part of our service at Chem Resist is ensuring the longevity of the work that we do. From carefully managed pipework installations to end-of-life refurbishments and replacements, our pipework systems team are on hand to assist.
Our teams of Site Engineers provide professional installation, repair and refurbishment services all around the UK. From installing a full turnkey system to the repair of a pipework leak, our qualified teams provide a responsive, high-quality service. With fully equipped, dedicated vans, our teams are fully trained, qualified and insured and operate with a focus on Health and Safety, quality and attention to detail.
Full Installations
These are complex projects involving Thermoplastic Chemical Storage tanks, Pumps, ChemiGuards all connected using specifically designed pipework, commonly known as Turnkey Projects (watch video here). In projects of this scale, we’d manage the offload, siting and bolt down procedure to install the chemical storage tanks, then install a ChemiGuard tanker offload cabinet plus any required pumps and connect everything with pipework in the most appropriate material.
Tank Removal and Repositioning
Nothing stands still, including our customers, so as they expand to new sites and restructure old ones, we are able to assist with relocating our Chemical Storage Tanks so they can take full advantage of their 20-year design life. This solution not only has cost benefits but is the sensible and sustainable choice.
Repairs, Replacements and Refurbishments
Age-related repairs and replacements
Over time, with exposure to chemicals, UV and temperature, pipework may degrade. We can provide an exact replacement of an existing pipework system, giving you continuity and minimising downtime.
