Working alongside our new client, piloting a cutting edge technology, Chem Resist designed & manufactured a range of High Density Polyethylene Process Vessels totalling over 160,000 litres in volume.

This was alongside designing & installing over 2,600m of Polyethylene & Polypropylene Process Pipework.

A key challenge with the project was the planning restrictions imposed by the local authority, due to the rural location.  At the tendering stage it became apparent that Chem Resist’s ability to manufacture vessels at 4.30m diameter was the only solution to be able to provide the necessary volumes, while not compromising the height restrictions imposed.

After gaining an awareness of Chem Resist’s full capabilities, the project scope grew from initially being Process Tank design, manufacture and delivery, to include all Process & Distribution Pipework installation within the newly built plant.

This project is another example of how Chem Resist can offer solutions ranging from supply only, to full turnkey plant & pipework installations.
