New Priority Service now available

Launched on 1st October, a new Priority Service has been created to meet customer demand for replacement and new pumps in extremely urgent timeframes. The new service includes; order processing, pump assembly and full testing with the pump ready for despatch or courier collection all within just 90 minutes.

Since launch, the new service has already been used by 3 customers needing replacement pumps urgently to minimise plant disruption.

A customer in the Food & Beverage industry urgently needed a replacement Almatec diaphragm pump for their effluent treatment centre to prevent any potential impact on production. Chem Resist held the pump as a stock item and using the new service, processed the order, built and tested the pump as a priority. The original call was made into Chem Resist at 10am and the replacement pump delivered to the customer 50 miles away by 1pm, keeping their production running smoothly.

A Midlands based Water Treatment Plant urgently required a World Chemical YD2502GSF magnetic drive pump. After 8 years of service their existing pump had failed, so replacement was needed urgently. Chem Resist was called at 10.30am and the customer took advantage of the new service.  Before midday a replacement was in transit for delivery to Leicestershire. By taking advantage of the new Priority Service the waiting tanker was able to complete it’s off-load process, saving a costly and disruptive reschedule.

Based on the Wirral, a leading manufacturer of Home Care, Beauty and Personal Care products urgently needed a replacement sodium hypochlorite pump. From receiving the call at 2.30pm, the pump was collected by courier at 4pm.

“Just wanted to say thanks again for the fantastic service yesterday. Please also pass on our thanks to Professional Response who got the pump to us about 6:45pm.
Thanks to you guys we were back up and running by 10pm.” Making Plant Leader
