Chem Resist Fluid Transfer was asked to provide two heavy duty peristaltic pumps to a contractor based in the North West of England.

Abaque Pump

Pump type AS20 was selected complete with natural rubber hoses, stainless steel inserts and external shaft with bearing case.
Casing plate was clear to allow for continuous inspection of pump internals.

Motor & Gearbox

0.55kW motors complete 56rpm gearbox fully rated to Atex Zone 1 IIB. Also included were 90°C PTC probes on the pump casing.
