Neptune 500 Series
- Variable Oil By-Pass stroke adjustment mechanism
- EZE-Clean™ valve system allows valve removal for cleaning without disturbing the piping to the pump (Exceptions: 500-E series and 560 series in PVC and PVDF construction)
- Available as simple or duplex configurations
- Liquid head materials include: 316SS, C-20, PVC, PVDF
- Flow range 3.05 to 355 LPH
- Max temperature: 93°C
- Max pressure: 206.8bar
Neptune 5005/5003 Series
- Delivers accurate, repeatable flows at very low rates
- Discharge pressures are higher than mechanical metering models
- Typical applications include oil/gas production, oil recovery and refinery
- Liquid head materials include:316SS, C-20, PVC
- Flow range 1.3 to 1.9 LPH
- Max temperature: 93°C
- Max pressure: 206.8bar
Neptune 600 Series
- Designed for high volume and high-pressure applications
- Adjustable pump capacity through a micrometer dial that can be varied whilst the pump is operational
- Liquid head materials include: 316SS, C-20, PVC and PVDF
- Flow range 477 to 908 LPH
- Max temperature: 93°C
- Max pressure: 41.4bar
Neptune 6000 Series
- Designed for low volume/high pressure applications
- Adjustable pump capacity through a micrometer dial that can be varied whilst the pump is operational
- Liquid head materials: 316SS
- Flow range 16 to 106 LPH
- Max temperature: 93°C
- Max pressure: 275.8bar
