Neptune’s mechanically actuated metering pumps are engineered from the ground up to be more robust and durable than other mechanical diaphragm pump designs. Incorporating the ruggedness of a hydraulic metering pump, Neptune’s mechanically actuated metering pumps are self-priming and eliminate the need for intermediate fluid or hydraulic oil to actuate the diaphragm. This reduces the potential for gearbox oil to contaminate the process. The result is a pump design that provides precise and superior performance when pumping chemicals that can off-gas.
