Customer Requirement:

Removal of existing Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid and Sulphuric Acid tanks and civil work. With temporary pipework to allow continued manufacture. Replacement system to be supplied with improvements to capacity and operator safety.

Chem Resist Solution:

Removal of existing tanks and civils. Civils replaced to reduced budget and timescale. Design, manufacture and installation of tanks with increased capacity to same footprint. Introduction of ChemiGuard offloading and chemical dosing units to increase operator and environmental safety. Temporary pipework allowed uninterrupted production to continue.

1x civil plinth with 1x 13.60m3 96% H2SO4, 21.55m3 32% HCl, 16.34m3 50% NaOH Self-Bunded Storage Tanks complete with ladders & handrails. 1x Hydrochloric Acid Tanker Offload Scrubber.

3x ChemiGuard Dosing Systems with 6x Pumps, 3x ChemiGuard Pressurised Tanker Offload Units.
