Customer Requirement:

An alternative sludge storage solution to steel glass lined tanks, plus storage for Caustic Soda and PACL (Polyaluminium Chloride)

Chem Resist Solution:

Design, manufacture and installation of a complete chemical storage system with permanent fixed access.

Customer Benefits:

A complete storage system including spiral wound tanks in polyproplyene and HDPE providing complete chemical resistance providing total costs savings over glass lined steel and GRP. Permanent fixed access to all tanks increases access and safety provision.

Equipment Provided:

2x 100m3 spiral wound sludge tanks with steelwork, 2x 35m3 Caustic Soda tanks with safety bunds & immersion heaters, 3x 35m3 PACL Tanks with screens all supplied with galvanised mild steel roof access equipment.
