Flowline Microspan Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
New Microspan Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is ideal for applications involving small atmospheric process vessels, IBC, 55 gallon drums and waste sumps.
The LU05 Ultrasonic transmitter provides non-contact level measurements from 5cm to 1.2m. Ideally suited for applications involving small atmospheric process vessels, IBC, 55-gallon drums and waste sumps, the transmitters miniature dead band optimises the filling capacity of small vessels. Fail-safe intelligence with diagnostic feedback simplifies troubleshooting, while digital infinity surface mapping results in extreme accuracy and reliability. Transmitter accuracy is +/- 0.15% of span.
Combining microprocessor-based electronics and innovative ultrasonic technology, the LU05 is an excellent choice for challenging ultra-pure, corrosive, slurry or waste liquids. Media examples include chromic acid and copper sulphate. The PC/ABS enclosure is rated NEMA 6X/IP67 with a rugged Kynar® transducer.
The ultrasonic transmitter is easily set up using the calibration wire, a DC power supply and flat reflective target. Simply reverse the power leads, hold the transmitter at the target range, and turn on the power until the Flowline logo plate illuminates. Its level made simple!
