Fume Scrubbers
With our own in-house chemical and mechanical engineering capability Chem Resist can take your fume abatement project through from design of the fume capture apparatus, the selection of abatement method, construction of the scrubbing system and ductwork to the installation and commissioning of system.
At Chem Resist we have pioneered the use of all-thermoplastic gas cleaning towers incorporating Turbulent Contact Absorption (TCA) Fluidised Bed Technology.
We also design and build all-thermoplastic vertical cylindrical gas cleaning towers with combined static packed section and integral scrubbing liquor reserviors. This more conventional technology is ideally suited to the normal gas cleaning application with no solids contamination and process conditions are predictable.
