Series BSD miniature air-operated diaphragm valves are designed for pressure applications for highly corrosive or ultra pure liquids when space is critical. This valve has numerous applications in the electronics/semi-conductor industry for use with concentrated etchants and ultra-pure water. The standard valves are air pressure to open with spring return to close.
Series BSDA attached diaphragm. For use in low pressure and drain applications. There is no minimum inlet pressure required.
The standard body material is PVC. Optional body materials are PP, Teflon and PVDF. The upper air section is always PVC. There are no metal parts in the wetted area.
