For processes using Hydrochloric Acid as cleaning liquor, Chem Resist offers an evaporative system, which eliminates waste and produces a saleable ferrous chloride by-product.

A crystallisation process eliminates waste from operations using Sulphuric Acid. This process cools the 'spent' pickling liquor and produces a saleable ferrous sulphate crystal.
