Chem Resist - Flowline Liquid Level Measurement and Control Technology
Chem Resist are the Official UK distributor the ever advancing Flowline range of level control technology designed entirely for use in the most challenging chemical, detergent, acid, alkali, ultra pure, sewage and waste water applications.
The Flowline Level Measurement range includes Ultrasonic transmitters with ranges up to 12.2 metres. These transmitters are easily installed and calibrated and have digital infinity surface imaging and processing technology. Digital infinity means that the measurement technology can work out what is liquid level and what is not… for example an inlet stream of liquid, an in tank ladder or similar anomaly would be ignored automatically by the Flowline Liquid Level Measurement device.
Flowline has a range of level switches that are all IP68 for mounting in tank using either Flowline’s fixed mounting systems or Flowline’s own adjustable Smart Trak mounting system where up to 4 switches can be mounted and infinitely adjusted as process level measurement requirements change. The switches employ the following technologies: Buoyancy, Ultra-Sonic, Tuning Fork, Capacitance and Optical for liquid level measurement and detection.
Whether your liquid level measurement requirements are continuous or point level, in tank, contact or non-contact, the Flowline range is designed to have a switch or transmitter to suit your level measurement application perfectly.
Combining Flowline’s Switches and Transmitters with Flowline’s liquid level controllers gives even greater capabilities and functionality with the possibility to have stand alone alarms, auto-matic tank filling and empty systems controlling pumps, multiple set-points and even computer integrated graphical displays.
